Why the notice has no “manage” controls
Because there is nothing to manage. A consent panel with switches that control nothing is theater. If any measurement tool is ever added, the notice will become a real opt-in that blocks those scripts until you accept, and this page will list them before they are switched on.
How to clear it
In any browser: settings → privacy → clear browsing data → site data. Or browse in a private window, where nothing is kept.
Server logs
Independently of your browser, the server hosting this site logs the requests it receives, including your IP address. That is not a cookie, but it is personal data: it is covered in the privacy policy.
